  • Risograph printing has similarities with screeprinting and photocopying producing unique and cost effective print editions. More detailed info about the process in the Risograph Printing section.

  • There is no minimum order, however, because the setting up is a time consuming and costly part of the process it makes sense to print a few copies whilst we’re at it. Send us an email for a quote.

  • The artwork size and format, number of colours, print run and paper determines the cost of the print job.

    To receive a quote sed us an email on ceciliepress@gmail.com including:

    Type of project
    Number of copies
    Size and format
    Number of ink colours
    Paper quality

  • This depends on the complexity of the job, and how busy the studio is. As a general guide we aim to complete most small jobs in one week after receiving print ready files. Allow longer time for large runs, folded items and booklets/zines.

    If you have a deadline just let us know.

    If you are in a rush and we can see if we manage to squeeze it in (keep in mind this might trigger a rush fee of 25%).

  • Finished prints can be collected from our studio by appointment only. We’re a small team and our work hours differ from week to week, so arrange a time with us before coming to collect.

    We arrange collections within the following hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm. If your schedule doesn’t allow you to collect within these hours we can always ship the prints to you.

  • Yes! If you can’t collect your prints in person, we can ship them to you.

    Please let us know if you’d like your prints shipped and we’ll include it in your quote.

    At the moment we only ship within the UK.

  • We don’t have capacity to run an intership programme at the moment, however, from time to time we do need an extra pair of hands for larger jobs. If you have some riso printing experience and would like to be on our call list send us an email.
